What is Domestic Violence (DV)? Domestic Violence refers to any form of physical, sexual, verbal,
emotional, or economic abuse inflicted on any person in a household by a family
or household member.1

DV Parenting Education
This is a treatment program that fosters awareness of
offender behaviors while providing instruction and tools for changing that behavior. For first time offenders, this is a 26-week curriculum. For
second and third time offenders, the program is expanded to 36 and 52 weeks, respectively.

DV Parenting Classes: 6 week course designed to educate the client on developmental stages of childhood, discipline and the parenting needs in each of these stages. The parenting class is an ongoing program to develop new skills.
